All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or any other reason.

Please ensure you review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Warranty

If your chain breaks within 28 days, we will re-spark it free of charge. Please bring your original chain and email jewellerybygray@gmail.com, to book a follow-up appointment.

If your chain breaks after 28 days, you can book a re-spark appointment on our website for $20, as long as you still have the original chain.

Please note: we cannot replace lost chains after the warranty period.
